The Calgary Flames are now on a 5 game-losing streak, and this week the guys wrap up 2022 by trying to figure out what’s going on with the team right now and what they need to do better in the second half of the season. With the Calgary Flames still underperforming after 30 games, the guys have a serious discussion about what the issues with the team are and why they’re not living up to expectations. Could it be time to start looking at a different Head Coach for the Calgary Flames?

Great thought Ian. We’ve seen things change with the coach since, but we’re still frustrated with how he’s handled young guys. If the issues are with roster players as you say, that could mean a bigger change to the team chemistry, which likely doesn’t take place until the off season sadly.
Very disappointing season so far. I am not sure if changing the coach will make a difference. To me the Flames seem to be one step behind or just missing on passes. My real concern where is the drive to the net. Lots of shots but these shots are into the belly of the goalie
