The Flames have ended their longest homestand of the year with good news…their secondary scoring has finally come alive! Mark Jankowski and Jaromir Jagr have had fantastic chemistry this week to propel the Flames to 2 big wins in a row. Of course we’re discussing the secondary scoring and how we feel about the roster and the Flames chances at the 17 game point. With Mike Smith’s injury in the St. Louis game, we’ll discuss the options for the Flames in net on their road trip, and how we feel about the Flames chances in their next 6 games in 11 days on the road.

This week the waiver wire was busy as the Flames placed Tanner Glass and Freddie Hamilton on waivers. We discuss these and other roster moves and where Jagr will fit into the lineup upon his return and the secondary scoring woes. On the bright side, there is a lot to like in Stockton right now. Andrew Mangiapane is tearing it up, and David Rittich is looking great! We’ll let you know what is happening with the Heat.
